I am seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee these bustling locations in Newcastle and Sunderland. If you are passionate about the food industry and thrive in a fast:paced environment, we want you on the team Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager * Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.* Ensure all stores meet the companys operational standards and exceed financial goals.* Lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.* Implement strategies to increase profitability, streamline operations, and maximize customer satisfaction.* Regularly evaluate store performance, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.* Foster strong community relations and represent the brand at local events. The right Area Manager * Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar managerial role in the QSR or hospitality industry.* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.* Excellent communication, organizational, and decision:making skills.* Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.* Familiarity with local market dynamics and consumer preferences in Newcastle and Sunderland.* A passion for food and creating exceptional customer experiences.
