Production Manager Location: Purbeck, Dorset Salary: GBP 40,000 : GBP 50,000 Hours: Monday to Friday Benefits: 28 days holiday (inclusive of statutory bank holidays), Company Pension, Life Insurance, Employee benefits, Relocation package support may be available for the right candidate Do you possess supervisory experience and a passion for ensuring high:quality production? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you to join my client as a Production Manager in Purbeck, Dorset. The Role:As the Production Manager, you will oversee the operations of their depot, ensuring efficient production schedules while maintaining impeccable product quality. Working closely with our masonry team, youll be hands:on, stepping in to assist with production when needed. Responsibilities: : Supervise and manage the sawyers based in the depot : Manage production schedules in collaboration with the commercial team : Ensure strict quality control of production and products : Liaise effectively with production teams, from masons to other production works : Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures : Provide hands:on production support to manage workload and cover absences : Develop Experience: : Desirable background in Architectural Stone masonry or stone detailing : Previous supervisory experience in a similar role or industry : Knowledge of masonry production is advantageous Skills: : Excellent attention to detail and accuracy : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written : Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently : Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in an agile environment : Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn : Computer literacy is a must If youre ready to take the next step in your career and become an integral part of my clients team, we want to hear from you.
