Site Manager Location: Purbeck, Dorset Salary: GBP 40,000 : GBP 50,000 Hours: Monday to Friday Benefits: 28 days Holiday, Company Pension, Life Insurance, Employee benefits and a Relocation package support may be available for the right candidate Are you an experienced supervisor with a passion for overseeing site operations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Site Manager in Purbeck, Dorset. The Role:As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high:quality standards. You will oversee a team of workers, coordinating their activities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage site workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specification Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the construction process Liaise effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures on:site Provide hands:on support when necessary to manage workload and cover absences Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a similar role within the construction industry Knowledge of construction processes and techniques Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is advantageous Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem:solving Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software If youre ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Site Manager and be a key player in our clients projects, we want to hear from you.
